Hello!  My name is Kristen Wahl, and my self and my husband are looking for a 3 to 4 bedroom home for a rent or rent to own. We have kids so we would need a yard.We also have animals as well. We have been looking for a while now for something in our price range of $600 a month.We do not have any preference on where it is as long as it is in Genessee County, Or in the Byron-Bergen area. We have been looking for some time now. You have to understand we have tried to do the rent to own thing with other people but we have been lied to many times. If possible we can get assistance for now if the rent is a little more.
