Provide administrative and secretarial support  Compose, type, copy and mail appropriate correspondence. Maintain records, reports and files. Perform other duties as assigned. Assist with training material,  handle course registrations. Respond to telephone inquiries and walk-in clients by giving up-to-date, factual information pertaining to Red Cross services. Perform other duties as assigned.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and a typing speed of 50 wpm required, data entry experience helpful. Excellent customer service skills are essential. Good organizational skills are required.
 
Provide disaster assistence as necessaryto individuals in need
 
10am to 3pm Monday through Thursday
