Director (Call Center Operations)

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated call center and/or collections management professional to lead our call center location in Warsaw, NY. The expansion of an existing client in our Government services division has created the need for growth in this market. Director responsibilities will include ensuring quality of daily operations, meeting and exceeding revenue goals, assessing profitability and recommending actions for improvement, maintaining appropriate staffing levels, and achieving optimum productivity of call center activity while adhering to company policy, client requirements and federal regulations. This position offers the stability of a large, growing company and corporate advancement opportunities. Must be willing to relocate to Warsaw. 

Minimum Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business administration, marketing, or a related field required. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements

·         Minimum five years experience in collections, operations or related field required

·         Minimum two years supervisory experience required, including a minimum of two years providing service to top level clients

·         Minimum two years experience in a call center environment preferred

·         MS Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook experience at an intermediate level required

·         May be required to undergo and pass applicable background checks
