A Visitor From Denmark??

By Bea McManis

A few weeks ago I started a blog.  It was just a small beginning, actually sort of a journal.

I am amazed at the hits it is getting.  My 'audience' has visited from the U.S. and Canada, which I can understand.  There is one hit from South Africa.  I can understand that, too, since my friend Paul is there.

My former co-workers live around the world, so even the hits from India and Great Britain didn't raise an eyebrow.

Then, there is the one from Denmark.  Denmark?  I checked through addresses of co-workers, no Denmark.  From what I can figure out from the information they give you for statistics, it had to come from a Yahoo addy or referred by a Yahoo address.  So, I checked - again - to see who I knew with Yahoo addresses and came up empty.  The other thought is that it came from this site.  Howard has far flung fans.

My friend, Mark, was in Geneva a few weeks ago on business.  I asked him if he made a stop in Denmark before coming home - he didn't.  Mark is a great one for finding wi-fi cafes.  He was my producer, years ago.  Many times I'd discover he was working from a booth somewhere in the middle of nowhere.

So, I have a puzzle, but a pleasant one.  Whoever it was, I hope they return often to the site.  They can certainly meander down the less traveled paths of my Genesee Co., or keep up wiht the ins and outs of the shop; my family and friends.  The more the merrier.
