Batavia police looking for forgery suspect

Press Release:
The attached photos are of a suspect possibly involved in the forgery and possession of stolen checks. These photos were taken on 06/12/09 and 06/13/09 at Tonawanda Valley Federal Credit Union. Anyone with information into the identity of this individual is asked to contact Det. Kevin Czora at 345-6311, or the Batavia Police Department at 345-6350.

They're the same ... I put up both pictures because the body language is different in each, which might help trigger a memory of an acquaintance.

I work for Xerox and the guy who robbed the Credit union in Webster and murdered a Xerox employee has never been caught. The pictures of that robber/murderer are clear and still no arrest has been made. I thought the police and FBI had made great strides in their facial recognition technology. Can't they enhance the photos and compile a small list of likely suspects in cases like this?
