You mean, like, Vicente Padilla, Brett Myers, Dwight Gooden, Hideki Arabu, Ambiorix Burgos, Ugueth Urbina, Pedro Astacio, Jose Canseco...?

Kyle, I'm so far out of the loop that I don't get the joke about ANY of the names mentioned. I know nothing about any of them, thank goodness :-p

Well Doug, my original joke was in reference to RANDY JOHNSON the former pitcher for the yanks and current pitcher for San Fran I think...He is in one of those Geico commercials where he rips the guys coat with a snowball he threw then nails the garage and puts a big dent in it. I just seen the name randy johnson on this police blotterish story and made what i thought was a funny joke....boy has that ship sailed :)

All of those mentioned are/were major league pitchers. All have police records: domestic violence, assault, etc. Adds scope to Tim's original comment, "Even Major League pitchers that make bazillions of dollars have an "off day" from time to time :)"

Sports is a word that's a "non-event" for me. Thanks for clearing that up or I'd still be Googling all of those names...Okay, not really :-p
