Today's Poll: Should a Tim Horton's be built between Lewiston and Main Street?

It should be built at the East end of Batavia. As the store density increases in the West the traffic flow is becoming a nightmare. The old East Town Plaza would be a logical choice.

I am more concern about that intersection due to traffic congestion. The problem with Batavia is its traffic flow. The best city I have ever driven through was Great Falls, Montana. Great Falls is bigger than Batavia and traffic flows smoothly around the city. Batavia has routes 5, 33, 63 and 98 pushing through it along with numerous traffic signals. Though these routes help bring business into the area, they are a nightmare during high traffic hours and during the mid-day. I am almost willing to bet gas consumption is probably 2-3x higher than most cities of the same size. Great Falls has fewer traffic signals than Batavia and strategically placed one way streets.

LOL I tend to be leaning in the direction of a Cybercafe. The other idea I had was a buffet style place with a twist. Prepared foods sold by the pound, For on premises or take out opetions. Ithaca had a couple of successful models of this as well as cafes I have seen in NYC. Maybe start a cafe then work the rest in? But its a ways off yet, unless I find a good investor....
