A fundraiser for critically ill George Konieczny will take place from noon to 6 p.m. Saturday, June 13 at the Travelodge in Batavia.
It will feature Noah's Reign & Red Creek. There will be basket raffles and 50/50. A $15 donation at the door is welcome. Clor's chicken BBQ meals are available for $9 and include a half chicken, salt potatoes, baked beans and a roll with butter.
George has B-Cell Follicular Lymphoma Cancer. He needs a hospital bed, medications, in-home nurse and physical therapy. Also, his home needs remodeling downstairs to accommodate his medical care.
