Snow storm expected to hit region this afternoon and through the night

A winter storm advisory has been issued for Genesee County this afternoon, starting at 1 p.m. and lasting until 7 a.m.

Snow accumulations of 3 to 5 inches are expected.

Admittedly, I was very disappointed to read "snow storm" (from headline) meant 3"-5".

For where I live (Raleigh, NC) - yeah, that would be a snow storm. For WNY, though?!?

Heck - I remember walking to school through two feet of snow, uphill, both ways, in May!!!

I passed an incident on Rt. 19 near Rt. 20 in Pavilion. They were giving someone CPR on the side of the road. Do you know anything about this?
