Expect snow on the ground by Wednesday morning

By Howard B. Owens

And here you thought winter was over and spring had sprung.

Think again and prepare for 3 to 6 inches of snow starting tomorrow morning.

The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for March 23.

It starts at 2 a.m. and ends at 4 p.m.

Winds will blow at 10 to 20 mph.

I have been wearing shorts for a week now :)

Time to bust the jeans back out, and the boots, and the gloves, and the big ars thick jacket.... :(

I remember Easter at my Grandmother's House in '75 or '76. There was over a foot of fresh snowfall on the ground that day. It was either March 30th or April 10th. I'm not sure which it was, but it seemed very late and lasted for several days. I have my Batavian sweatshirt for winters in Austin. It was 90 yesterday and I'm already cursing summer.
