Brand new studded snows on the truck, 600 lbs of tube sand in the truck bed and oil is changed, antifreeze checked, 2 new batteries in the truck, huge pile of firewood cut and covered, lots of food in the pantry, vodka..check, Jameson Irish whiskey...check, beer...check, 10 gallons of gasoline treated with sta-bil for the snowblower, backup furnace inspected and ready to rock-N-roll, lots of backup propane tanks for lights and the camp style cook stove, 5500 watt generator ready for extended power outages, winter gear is out of storage and ready for severe weather duty, motorcycle is parked and out of the way in the barn and the shotgun is ready for tomorrow morning! (Opening day of deer season) Yep, I'm ready for winter!
