Since there is no poll dialog to enter a vote in: Count me as a yes.
The last couple "polls" that I have seen on The Batavian have shown no way to vote. What is up with that?
To the matter at hand: The estate has been taxed while accrued. Taxing it again upon transfer to the beneficiaries of the estate is clear and simple theft. What happened to family farms? The estate tax....
