According to a friend of mine in Buffalo, the biggest use for those things anymore is for kids to smoke hash oil in them - so they're actually being used as legal illegal drug paraphernalia.
I don't think that's correct, Irene. I know several adults who now use e-cigs. Many of them are regular customs of RW Vapors here in Batavia and say the store usually busy when they go in.
A friend let me take a drag off his coffee-flavored e-cig recently and it was really quite good. I see them developing an appeal beyond just ex-smokers.
My boyfriend and a few of his coworkers have actually quit smoking cigarettes all together with this devise. It is also much cheaper. I am not a smoker and these things are really non offensive devises. It may look like smoke but is just water vapor and no oder. As for kids using it to smoke pot.......kids will find all kinds of ways to get high it doesn't matter what you put out there. If you want to ban this device because some may use it get high you might want to ban apples and potatoes because they have used them too for pot smoking.
Not to mention if you give some pot heads a bag of weed and they have nothing to put it in to smoke it, they'll instantly become Engineers. If everything that could possibly be used to burn some bud were banned, we'd be close to living our lives in a vacuum.

A guy i worked with a few years ago told me about a friend of his who was a Vietnam Vet & had brought back a Chinese/NVA gas mask and they used it for smoking reefer. Hahaha, imagine getting a good buzz on and looking over at someone wearing this thing. hahaha

The only regulations I would suggest would be on the makers of the liquid. Propylene Glycol (antifreeze) is a common ingredient.
With no regulations, you don't know what you're ingesting.
