David Maglio, 73 of Batavia, formerly of Perry, passed away on July 17, 2016 at Batavia Health Care Center. He was born in North Collins on December 14, 1942 to the late Benedict Maglio and Marie (Fiaschetti) Maglio of Hamburg. He is preceded in death by sisters Helen Maglio, and Evelyn Maglio-Kelly.
Dave enjoyed his grandchildren, his days selling cars at Maglio Chevrolet, casino trips, playing poker with his friends, and long historical conversations.
David is survived by his brother Larry Maglio of Perry; son Jeff (Jessica Mills) Maglio of Leicester; daughter Julie (Daryl) Schneider of Warsaw; three grandchildren, Amanda Maglio, Michael Maglio, and Jacob Schneider, along with many nieces and nephews.
There will be no prior calling hours. A 4:00 PM Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday July 26, 2016 at the First Congregational Church 7205 Perry Center Rd. Perry, NY 14530.
