Kenneth B. Dimon, 89 of Perry, passed away peacefully on Wednesday February 28, 2018 at his home. He was born in Westfield, PA, on April 17, 1928 to the late Horace (Ruth Moore) Dimon. He is preceded in death by a grandson Adam Atwood.   

Mr. Dimon was a United States Air Force Veteran and Past Commander of the American Legion in Caledonia. He retired as a District Foreman from Dominion in Silver Springs. Mr. Dimon was an avid outdoorsman, he loved hunting, fishing, trapping, making bows and woodworking. He taught hunter safety education, former president of Avon Bowman Archery Club, volunteer driver for Perry Ambulance and attended services at Perry Baptist Church.

He is survived by his beloved wife Shirley (Cumberledge) Dimon of Perry; daughter Cheryl (Thomas) Atwood of Geneseo, son James (Eileen) Dimon of Rush; sister Shirley (Robert) Kuhn of Westfield, PA; grandchildren Michael (Danielle) Atwood, Kevin (Rebecca) Atwood, step-grandchildren Jonathan, Brandon and Kyle Pires; two great-grandchildren Sadie and Emery Atwood, along with several nieces and nephews.   

Friends are invited to call on Sunday March 4, 2018 from 1 to 5 PM at Eaton-Watson Funeral Home, LLC, 98 North Main Street Perry, New York, 14530. An 11:00 AM Funeral Service will be held on Monday March 5, 2018 at Baptist Church of Perry, 77 North Main Street, Perry, NY 14530. He will be laid to rest in Glenwood Cemetery, Perry.
