This doesn't happen often - somebody just tried to cast 399 no votes all from the same location. All of those votes were deleted. Must be somebody from Bentonville.

Either the copywriter for Tops is delusional, or they're feeding us a line ... from Lorie's link: "Tops is proud to maintain the same close-knit customer association and family feeling that characterized that small Niagara Falls store so many years ago."

Morgan Stanley isn't exactly your home town, mom and pop, Main Street kind of business. Bud is right -- from Tops Wiki page -- On October 11, 2007, Ahold announced that it would sell Tops, "to Morgan Stanley Private Equity in a transaction valued at $310 million."1 This transaction was completed on December 3, 2007.2 Included in this transaction is Martin's. The newly spun-off company plans on re-establishing its corporate headquarters in the Buffalo area, where they were based until their and subsequent consolidation by Ahold.
