Howard,
Just checking the report, the man who punched the window is held on $20,000 bail but the man who punched a concert goer knocking him unconscious is held on $1,000 bail?

People are getting tired of the old apps - "Angry Birds".
They want the new Apps - "Angry Concert Goers".
But $20,000?
I'll stick with Solitaire.

Seriously! Punching a window will get you a 20 grand bail! However feel free to punch other people because thats only one grand bail. Its pretty clear that the judge in Darien needs to be investigated and have his head examined. The fuel for the mercy flight cost more than that.

This is what I heard through the grapevine, so I don't know if it is 100% true. Mercy Flight had to land at The Hill to pick up the injured party. [that is true] Why? Because There were cars parked on the landing pad at Darien Lake. I also heard tha the Hill was the "designated landing spot" today too. [also true] Pretty sad that Darien Lake will not allow walk ins for concerts, thereby forcing all patrons to park inside, but they depend on the Hill to provide a landing spot when someone is injured at a concert.

I also heard that there were complaints from people who were NOT ALLOWED TO DRIVE ON SUMNER ROAD BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T HAVE CONCERT TICKETS!!!!! What kind of baloney is that? There are actually people who live on Sumner Rd and there is also a business!

I've been to many concerts in my life. Very many. In many different states. Even as far away as Wyoming. Up until last year I hadn't gone to a show at DL in ten years. Why? Because the place sucks. But I gave it another go last year. Thought maybe things had gotten better. Nope. If anything it was worse. I'll probably never go back again. EVER. The security at DL is absolutely RIDICULOUS. There's way too many of them, and it seems as though they are always on "offense". Like they'd rather instigate a problem than prevent one. Eventually word will be spread about how DL operates their venue and people will stay home, resulting in their being no DLPAC. And to that I will say, "good". It's exactly what the owners deserve.

Regarding bail:

Assault 3rd is a misdemeanor.

Criminal mischief 3rd is a felony.

Also, the defendant with the lower bail scored better on the bail review check list.
