Hey, Mike. Things are great down here - if you like warm weather. It's not too bad right at the moment (11:15 PM), and it's a comfortable 77º.
Hope things are good with you & the family.
Say Hi to your mom & dad for me.
Thanks.

Will do Ed(say hi to R & D for you). My brother Joe reminds us all the time about the "comfortable" temps down below the Mason-Dixon line. Take care and if we don't get a chance to "chat" before the holidays, hope you have a happy & safe season.

Thanks, Mike.
Remember when your dad quit smoking? We used to kid him about pulling his ear lobe (hypnosis, ya know). Hope he never took it up again. Miracles upon miracles, I smoked my last cigarette about 2 months ago. Probably the hardest thing I've ever had to do - even harder than saying "I Do", over and over and over again. :)

I keep looking out my car window, but, never see Joe. Just kidding. You said he's a couple hours north of me (are you sure he's BELOW the Mason/Dixon?).

Mike, good to converse with you. Best to you and yours.

Oh, Mike. I forgot to ask about your mom's brother, Sam. Back in the LB&G time, I never really got to know him very well. Then, in the mid-90's, I sort of became one of the "regulars" at the Pok-A-Dot. Sam used to come in there and eat once in awhile, and we'd talk (and, he'd always leave with a HUGE order of the Dots' hot peppers).
Yeah, that's when he told me he worked at Pembroke school. Who knew? (Well, I guess you guys did, of course). Isn't it funny how you can "know" somebody, only to find out you don't really know-know them?
Anyways, just thought I'd inquire about Sam. Nice guy!

Hey, Mike. It's me - again.
Just wanted to correct myself. It wasn't hypnosis. It was acupuncture. Not sure why I said hypnosis - maybe I'M the one that's in a trance (or, would like to be).
See what Father Time does to the mind - plays air-hockey with the remaining brain cells.
