A family evening for all to enjoy, when it is the first chance to view the many trees decorated by Genesee County businesses, historical agencies, and non-profits for a festive kick start to the holiday season. All are encouraged to wear their holiday sweaters and be part of the “ugly” sweater contest for prizes. Live music by the Joyful Ringers Bell Choir from the First Presbyterian Church, and after dinner refreshments provided by D&R Depot will also be part of the festivities. The opening night will also include discounts in the Joseph Ellicott Book & Gift Shop, for those who wish to get an earlier start on their holiday shopping. Finally, there will also be a gift basket raffle with a wide variety of great baskets. Tickets will be $25 for non museum members, $20 for members, and $5 for children under 12.
