Wow, I know of an incident at the goat in Batavia last Saturday night where a bouncer assaulted a man. The man was mercy flighted to strong. He suffered a concussion and a broken nose. The bouncer made a statement to the police department that the man had fallen down.
The doctor that treated the man at strong said that the injuries suffered were not caused by a fall.
The police did not make any arrest even though there were numerous witnesses that said the not only did the bouncer initiate the battery on the man but the man did nothing to the bouncer.
Even with eye witnesses and a statement from a doctor the police made no arrest.

How did such an event not make the paper? Or did I just miss it? Plus Come to think of it I can't remember a time that my band played Billy Goats when there wasn't a fight involving the police. Wasn't fuel shut down for these type of circumstances? It seems like the drinking crowd these days are just angry. A lot of hatred these days. Makes me sad really. But seriously, when to higher authorities become involved? I mean if people are getting sent to the hospital on a regular basis shouldn't something be done? I was under the assumption that when any ber has a certain number of police visits they were fined or stripped of their liquor license. Please correct me if I am wrong.
