For the few that voted YES, I would like for you to post a comment on why you voted for another War? We,as a Nation, have to stop interfering in other country's internal affairs.

My personal acid test that gages my opinion has always been based on two points.

1) Has that nation done harm to US citizens and is in the current time.

2) Is action in the best interest of the United States with regard to free trade, in other words does that nation's action prevent the ability of the United States to trade with bordering or other nations in the region.

Syria currently does not apply to either point as far as I am concerned.

Theres too much to take care of here first. Also Mark's acid test makes a couple of valid points. Besides isn't Al Queda leading the opposition in Syria? So wouldn't it be stpid to fight them in Afghanistan but help them in Syria?

the generous leaders of the united states have already sent over 400 MILLION American dollars to Syria...that's enough....let them fight their own battles......

I think our military has done everything it's been asked in the past two or so decades. Enough is enough. This region is never going to change. Let's back off and let them kill each other. Better yet, let's find some technology that replaces our need for oil. Then there wouldn't be any need for us to be over there.

Syria has nothing to do with oil, we are talking about the Mediterranean here, It has to do more with Israel, and even the Israeli's do not want this war expanded
