ALBERT H. MAXWELL

 Albert H. Maxwell, 91, of Melbourne, FL formerly from Batavia, passed away on Friday, January 13, 2017 with family by his side. 
Albert was born April 7, 1925 in Alden. He served in WWII from 1944-1946 as a member of the 89th Infantry Division where he received the Army of Occupation Medal, European African Middle Eastern Campaign Medal, Good Conduct Medal and WWII Victory Medal.

Al was a loyal truck driver for Tyler Truck Lines for many years until he retired in 1990. In the past, he enjoyed fishing, some traveling, line dancing, movies and dining out. 

Al is survived by his children; Richard (Darleen) Maxwell of Batavia; Judy (Al Paolucci) of Melbourne, FL; Jeff (Sandy) Maxwell of Oakfield; Becky Downs of Melbourne, FL; and his dearest companion, Josephina Moreno and her children. He was predeceased in death by his son, Albert H. Maxwell II. Also surviving are seven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews. 

Burial will be in Cary Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
