Mrs. Clara H. Say Czajka

Batavia - Mrs. Clara H. Say Czajka, 93, of Clinton Street Road, Batavia, joyously entered into the presence of her Savior and Friend, Jesus Christ on Thursday, January 6, 2011 at United Memorial Medical Center. 

Mrs. Czajka was born July 13, 1917 in Elba, a daughter of the late Ernest and Lois (Jewel) Schultz.
She was a member of Batavia Assembly of God Church. She was a sales consultant for Colonial Craft in Byron, worked at Carr’s in Batavia, but was best known for her custom made slip covers.
She is predeceased by her husband of 51 years, Elwood L. Say who died in 1989.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph Czajka, whom she married January 5, 1990; 3 children, Clarence (Bonnie) Say of Newfane, Marian (Lynn) Benthin of Apalachin and Colleen (Larry) Williams of Elba; a daughter-in-law, Linda Say of Pittsford, 2 sisters, Gertrude (Phil) Siniscalco of Batavia and Rosemary Warboys of Florida; 16 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild and several nieces and nephews and friends. 
She was the mother of the late Elwood Say and Damon Say and mother-in-law of the late Suzanne Say.
 
Friends may call on Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m. at Batavia Assembly of God Church where services will follow at 4 p.m. Memorials may be made to Batavia Assembly of God, 24 N. Spruce St., Batavia, NY 14020 or to “Back to the Bible”, PO Box 82808, Lincoln, NE 68528. Burial will be in Byron Cemetery.   Arrangements were completed by H.E. Turner & Co. Funeral Home of Batavia.
