Diane G. Kruszelnicki, 59 of Batavia died August 10, 2011 at the Batavia Nursing Home following a courageous battle with cancer. She was born April 19, 1952 in Batavia, NY to the late William and Vivian (Donnelly) Lambert. Mrs. Kruszelnicki was a homemaker, and a member of St. Maximilian Kolbe Parish (Holy Name of Mary – E. Pembroke). She was a kind and generous person who enjoyed spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her husband Walter Kruszelnicki in 1999, a brother Thomas Schlonski and two sisters Barbara Muoio and Carol Grant.
Diane is survived by her son David B. Kruszelnicki of Fulton, NY, a brother Donald (Barb) Schlonski of LeRoy and a sister in law Donna Schlonski of Webster, NY. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Friends are invited to call on Friday August 12, 2011 from 6 to 9 PM at Gilmartin Funeral Home & Cremation Company, Inc. 329-333 West Main Street Batavia, New York 14020. A 9:30 AM Memorial Mass will take place on Saturday August 13, 2011 at St. Maximilian Kolbe Parish – Holy Name of Mary site, 8656 Church Street, East Pembroke. Burial will take place Hillside Cemetery in East Pembroke, NY.
