Patrick is survived by his parents; Leon (Anne Gilbert) Moore Jr. of Elba; son Abraven; sisters Mary (Lisa Carter) Moore of Fairport and Leanne (Kristofer) Moore-Lickfeld of Olean; Maternal grandmother Myrtle Gilbert; niece Isabella George of Olean; good friends Ken and Colleen Proefrock along with many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Patrick was a charismatic soul. There wasn’t anything he wouldn’t do for his family and those he loved. He was an extremely intelligent and hard working man. Patrick was a U.S. Army Veteran, serving his country for 4 years. He had a great love for his son and his only wish was to have more time with him. Although Patrick was a private person, he spent as much quality time with the people he loved most. Those who truly knew Patrick, knew just how big of a heart he had. He was a great father, son, big brother, uncle and friend. Patrick will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, September 10, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Gilmartin Funeral Home & Cremation Company, Inc., 329-333 West Main Street Batavia, NY 14020. Patrick will be laid to rest in Machpelah Cemetery, LeRoy.
