Joyce A. Morton, of Williamsville, formerly of Batavia, passed away on Thursday October 11, 2018. She was born on August 13, 1935 in Batavia, New York. In addition to her parents, Jay Joseph Attardi and Lucy Mancuso Attardi, Joyce is predeceased by her husband; Honorable Glenn R. Morton.

Joyce was active in many community, social, and political events and organizations including:  St. Jerome’s Guild and The Batavia Parent/Teacher’s Association.  She was a lifelong sports enthusiast participating in golfing, tennis, and bowling tournaments, as well as, enjoying going to Bills' and Bisons' games with her family.

Joyce is survived by her children; Glenn (Dana Rizzotto) Morton III of North Tonawanda, Timothy-Jay Morton and M. Rogan (Joseph Cardinal) Morton of Buffalo; sister in law Marilyn Morton of Plattsburgh; grandchildren Carly and Camden Cardinal and nieces Melissa Clark and Katherine Nicoletti.

Family and friends are invited to call on Tuesday October 16, 2018 from 4:00-7:00PM at Gilmartin Funeral Home & Cremation Company, Inc. 329-333 West Main St. Batavia, New York 14020. A 9:30AM Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday October 17, 2018 at Resurrection Parish (St. Mary’s) 18 Ellicott Street Batavia. She will be entombed in St. Josephs Mausoleum, Batavia.
