Jacqueline A.A. Bates, 58 of Corfu, passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends Tuesday, September 24, 2019.
Jacqueline was the daughter of the late Edward and Claudia (Wittman) Alexander. She was predeceased by a granddaughter Willow Godlove.
Jacqueline was a merchandiser for Hallmark Cards for 25 years. Jacqueline was positive and kind and loved to make people feel welcome and loved.
She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Donald A. Bates; three children, Alex Bates, Jessica Meland and Shannon Godlove; her son-in-law, Matthew Godlove; five grandchildren, Alexandria, Jade, Maddox, Harper and Ivy; her Uncle Bob and Aunt Gerry Alexander; a sister-in-law, Cindy (Barry) McCracken and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Family and friends may call Friday, September 27th from 4 to 8 p.m and Saturday from 11a.m to 1 p.m at the C. B. Beach & Son Mortuary, Inc., 4 East Main Street, Corfu, NY. Services will follow at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to ALS of Upstate New York
