Joseph “Joe” Bailey, 38, of Lavergne, TN, passed away unexpectedly at Buffalo General Hospital on October 5, 2019. He was born on August 30, 1981 in Batavia, NY to Royal and Mary (Lavarnway) Bailey.

Joe was a graduate of Attica High School. He earned his degree in Auto and Diesel Mechanics in Tennessee, where he has resided for the last 16 years. Joe was one of a kind who was full of life and laughter. He was a family man who devoted all his time to his wife and children. He was an avid Buffalo Bills fan who always had to play “The Bills make me want to shout” after each win. He had a love of music, attending many concerts and festivals with his DFC Family (close friends). He was also known for his sweet dance moves. Joe was always positive, seeing the best in everyone and never worrying what anyone thought of him. He would give you the shirt off his back.
