She was born July 22, 1963 in Batavia, a daughter of the late Gerald E. Cox Sr. and Carolyn L. Cox.
Jessie was a vital participant amongst the Pavilion youth baseball program for over 2 decades and was an active member of the PTO for Pavilion Elementary School. She also overwhelmed many people with her baking and kindness. Jessie enjoyed camping, baking, time with her grandchildren, family and of course the “Girls Trips”.
Surviving besides her mother are her children, Joshua (Carley) Elliott, David Elliott, Ian (Kyle) Elliott and Austyn Herbert. Grandchildren, Micayla, Brayden, Landyn, Brooklyn, Seth, Evan and Aubrey. Siblings, Tracy (Mike) Fitch, Kathryn (Dale) McBride, Gerald (Brenda) Cox, Jr. and Ronald (Angie) Cox.
Family and friends are cordially invited to a Celebration of Life Service on Monday (November 18th), 6pm at East Bethany Presbyterian Church, 5735 Ellicott Street Road, East Bethany, NY 14054.
