DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

• Assist management with sales and operations of a Retail unit Help monitor and enforce adherence to Agency policies and procedures of this retail location.  Assist with the maintenance of records necessary for effective controls.  Maintains and inspects displays and equipment necessary to store operations.  Must understand, implement and monitor working and safety conditions of all supervised employees.  Operates and instructs on proper operation of cash registers and all necessary equipment to maintain accurate sales information.
• Offer friendly and courteous assistance to customers
• Assist with all housekeeping assignments and safety regulations
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Good organizational skills.

Knowledge of retail operations.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Knowledge of loss control systems.

One year of prior Retail experience.

Must possess good record keeping and reporting skills.
