Talk: A Jewish, Christian, and Muslim Call for Peace

Richmond Memorial Library, 19 Ross St., Batavia is hosting a talk on Wednesday, June 3 at 7:00 pm called “A Jewish, Christian, Muslim Call for Peace.” Roula Alkhouri, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church of Batavia and a native of Damascus, Syria will discuss two books in relation to current events. These books are The Faith Club: A Muslim, a Christian, a Jew—Three Women Search for Understanding by Ranya Idliby, Suzanne Oliver, and Priscilla Warner and Fields of Blood by Karen Armstrong.
