CANCELLED: Select Mondays in March we will be showing a movie for Adults. On the 30th come see the film Rocketman, based on the life of international superstar Elton John. Afternoon showing at 1:00 PM and evening showing at 6:00 PM. Popcorn and water will be served. This is an adult program. Please register.

Movie Monday for adults at Woodward library: 'Yesterday'

Select Mondays in March we will be showing a movie for Adults. On the 16th come see the film Yesterday. In a world where the Beatles never existed, a young singer/songwriter becomes famous by singing the songs that only he remembers from the famous group. Evening showing at 6 p.m.

In this film, detective Hercule Poirot must solve a murder that occurred on the train he is currently traveling in. Evening showing at 6:00 PM. On Jan. 6th come see the film adaption of Jane Austin's Pride & Prejudice. Elizabeth Bennet (Keira Knightley) begins to feel the pressure from her family to marry. When she is introduced to the handsome, upper-class Mr. Darcy (Matthew MacFadyen), sparks begin to fly. Movie Monday at Woodward library for adults: 'Downtown Abbey' -- two shows -- at 1 and 6 p.m.

Four free movies to be shown this summer at dusk behind Gillam Grant Community Center, Bergen

Four free movies will be shown outdoors this summer behind the Gillam Grant Community Center in Bergen.

Bring a chair or blanket. Movies begin at dusk. Concessions will be available.

Here's the lineup:

  • July 12 -- Disney’s "Mary Poppins Returns," sponsored by Rochester Regional Health and GO ART!
  • July 18 -- "Instant Family"
  • July 26 -- "Fantastic Beasts – The Crimes of the Grindelwald"
  • Aug. 1 -- "The Rocky Horror Picture Show," sponsored by GO ART!

Dates may change due to weather. Movies scheduled are subject to availability.
