A one-vehicle accident with the driver possibly slumped over in the driver's seat is reported on the I-490 in Bergen in the area of mile marker 1.6.

The vehicle is off the roadway of the westbound lane.

Bergen Fire and Le Roy Fire along with Mercy EMS dispatched.

UPDATE 4:16 p.m.: The vehicle was apparently unoccupied. Mercy EMS is back in service with no patient to transport.

UPDATE 4:17 p.m.: Law enforcement is checking on multiple vehicles that are off the road.

Car traveling eastbound in westbound lane of the 490

Law enforcement has been dispatched to the I-490 in Le Roy for a report of a car traveling eastbound in the westbound lane.

Monroe County has been notified.

UPDATE 6:41 p.m.: Law enforcement is out with the vehicle near mile marker 6 in Churchville. There's no need for EMS. Her husband is coming to pick her up.

Accident reported on 490 in Bergen

A car vs. tree accident is reported on I-490 in the area of mile marker 2.6 in Bergen, believed to be with minor injuries.

Bergen fire and ambulance along with Le Roy fire responding.

UPDATE 4:35 p.m.: Patient is extricated.

UPDATE 4:43 p.m.: Fire units back in service.

Multiple vehicles reported off the road on westbound I-490 in Bergen

Bergen's fire chief has requested available manpower to assist with multiple vehicles off the road in the westbound lanes of the I-490 near mile marker 1.0.

Person reportedly injured in car vs. deer accident on the 490

A car as reportedly struck a deer in the westbound lane of the I-490 near mile marker .06 and injuries are reported.

Le Roy fire and Bergen fire and ambulance dispatched.

UPDATE 7:20 a.m.: Minor injuries at most.

UPDATE 7:21 a.m.: Fire apparatus response cancelled. Le Roy Ambulance can handle. Only bruising from airbags reported.

Bergen responding to accident on I-490

A car has gone off the roadway on I-490 near mile marker 4.5 in the eastbound lane.

One caller reports no injuries and another caller told a dispatcher "there must be injuries."

Bergen fire and Bergen's ambulance responding.

UPDATE 6:04 p.m.: Bergen transporting a patient to Strong.

Rollover accident with injuries reported on the Thruway

Emergency dispatch is getting multiple calls about a rollover accident on either the Thruway or the I-490, or both.

Callers for the two different locations report a black SUV being involved.

Le Roy fire, Mercy EMS and Le Roy ambulance dispatched.

Responders will be checking both locations.

UPDATE 4:09 p.m.: One patient, out of the vehicle, walking. Mercy Flight was on standby, is now cancelled. The accident is on the Thruway.
