The event includes a 5K run/walk, live bands -- Audibull and Monkey in a Bottle, Chinese auctions, 50/50s, a bounce house, face painting, snow cones, cotton candy, popcorn, kids activities, and BBQ chicken.

Registration for the walk/run starts at 10 a.m. and the donation is $20 per person for the walk/run, entry to the band venue and a bracelet; the race begins at 11. The walk route for kids starts at 11:15 a.m.

Free kids' activities will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Bands start playing in the afternoon.

The chicken BBQ costs $9 and pre-sale tickets are available at the Legion Hall or by contacting Kelly Stalica at 409-8400 or Katie Norstrand at 409-7313. The BBQ starts at 1 p.m. until sold out.
