I’m reporting fom my recliner with my foot propped up on four pillows to elevate my broken ankle.

The accident happened just outside of my house.

We heard the crash and my wife Cindy and daughter Amber investigated.

There were two cars involved; (Car A) and (Car B)

There was a young mother and her daughter (Charisma) five years old in (Car A)

There were four young males in (Car B) It is my understanding the driver of (Car B) was at fault.

My wife Cindy brought Charisma in the house and wrapped her in a quilt while her mother dealt with the other driver, the Police, fire, and Medics.

As I mentioned before there were four young males in (Car B) Two of them fled on foot down Dellinger Avenue after Cindy informed them the Police were on the way.

I didn’t speak with Charisma’s Mom, just Charisma.

The driver of (Car B) and his companion left before their car was towed away. Charisma’s Mom stayed until her car was towed away. At that point Charisma’s Grandfather drove them home.
