A deputy is responding to 7673 Bank Street Road, Town of Batavia, for a report of an eagle on the front lawn.
UPDATE 10:58 a.m.: The animal control officer returned to the shelter. No word on the eagle.

Turns out it wasn't an eagle
Turns out it wasn't an eagle at all but a vulture eating a dead dog or so I heard on the internet. Lots of people are saying that in different places all over the world but not me.
