I used to shave on my way to work 6 days a week to Rochester taking the 490. Electric razor of course. I didnt need a mirror but i admit i almost got into a wreck by not looking behind and to the left...

Why don't we just pass another law that will not be enforced. Then everybody can (at least temporarily) be under the illusion that something has been done about the problem.

They may as well ban them all... it's where it is headed, anyway!

Heck, why don't they just ban driving altogether?? LOL!

Mai,
I took a product liability course through PACE while I was in Pennsylvania and the professor proclaimed on more than one occasion that no car should be made that could go any faster than 35 mph. In fact he wanted it to be law.
At first, we thought he was trying to make a point regarding the class content, until it became evident that he really meant it.
He felt that anything over 35mph distracted the attention of the driver.

Bea, you are one interesting lady!

35 mph, huh? That is interesting. I usually get distracted when I am doing less than 45 mph because it just doesn't feel natural to be going that slow in a vehicle. Of course, I am a Type A personality and am always go-go-going so doing anything slow seems unnatural. LOL!

Thanks for sharing! :)

None of these. There's already a law covering everything on this poll and it's called "Reckless driving". Doing ANYTHING that distracts you while driving is reckless.
