The following people were arrested in conjunction with the Eric Church concert at Darien Lake Performing Arts Center on Thursday.

Jon A. Naumowicz, 36, of Meadowbrook Parkway, Cheektowaga, is charged with two counts of harassment, 2nd, public lewdness and criminal impersonation. Naumowicz allegedly urinated on a female and then got into a physical altercation with the female and a male acquaintance. When security officers intervened in the physical disturbance, Naumowicz displayed a gold badge and identified himself as a Cheektowaga Police Officer. Investigation revealed that Naumowicz had displayed a gold badge that identified Naumowicz as a volunteer firefighter and emergency medical technician.        

Elizabeth M. Czerniak, 22, of Fairview Drive, Alden, is charged with harassment, 2nd, trespass and criminal trespass, 3rd, for allegedly being in an area that she was restricted from being. When Czerniak was approached by security officers she allegedly fought with security guards.

Jamie D. Doelman, 20, of Fox Trace, Lancaster, is charged with two counts of harassment, 2nd, for allegedly striking two individuals in the face.   

Daniel J. Jankowiak, 23, of North Star Road, East Aurora, is charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Jankowiak allegedly interfered and caused a disturbance in the parking lot while deputies were conducting an investigation. When the deputies attempted to place Jankowiak into custody, he attempted to flee from the officers. Jankowiak was caught after a brief foot chase. 

Alicia M. Kessel, 22, of Tiverton Court, Derby, is charged with trespass. Kessel allegedly entered the concert venue after having been previously evicted from the concert.

David J. Vattes, 35, was arrested on a violation of probation warrant from Cattaraugus County. Vattes was turned over to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.

Joseph E. Amadori, 19, of Tillen Road, Boston, is charged with DWI, Driving with BAC of .08 or greater and following too closely after an alleged accident in the parking lot. 

The following citations were issued for alleged underage possession and/or consumption of alcohol.

A three-car accident with multiple minor injuries is reported on Route 77 in Darien in front of the hotel at Darien Lake.

The accident is also blocking.

There was a concert at Darien Lake tonight and law enforcement has been tied up all evening dealing with fights and traffic. At about 11 p.m., Route 77 was reportedly backed up all the way to the Thruway.

Darien fire and ambulance along with Mercy EMS are responding to the accident.

Darien Lake has announced an open casting call from 5 to 5:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 3 at the park administration building located at 9993 Alleghany Road in Darien Center.

The park is looking for extras for the City TV/Breakfast TV live shoot, which begins filming on Tuesday at 6 a.m. Men, women and children of all ages are welcome to attend. For their participation, the first 100 guests will each receive an admission ticket valid for a visit any one day during the 2012 season. Interested parties can park and check in at the administration office located at 9993 Alleghany Road, Darien Center, NY 14040.

NOTE: Every guest is required to complete a waiver (provided by the park) and receive one good-any-day admission ticket at check-in. Upon concluding the shoot, all guests will be escorted off the midway. *For same-day use, guests can reenter the park at 10:30 a.m. via the general parking lot and main gate.

Jacob Anthony Gilmore, 26, of Alleghany Road, Darien, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .18 or greater and moving from lane unsafely. Deputy Kevin McCarthy responded to a complaint at 3:57 a.m., Thursday, to a report of a vehicle in a ditch at 2180 Bennett Road, Darien, and following an investigation placed Gilmore in custody for allegedly driving drunk. Gilmore was jailed on $500 bail.

David B. Bruise Jr., 39, of Knapp Road, Akron, is charged with petit larceny and harassment, 2nd. Bruise is accused of shoplifting from Kmart. When Bruise left the store, he allegedly pushed an employee who tried to stop him from leaving. Bruise was located in the parking lot of Target and taken into custody.

Rosemary Renee Waters, 26, of Roosevelt Drive, Batavia, is charged with petit larceny, criminal trespass, 3rd, and false impersonation. Waters is accused of shoplifting at Kmart. When confronted by Kmart security and a Sheriff's deputy, Waters allegedly fled on foot. After a short pursuit, Waters was taken into custody. Waters was allegedly banned from Kmart because of a previous shoplifting complaint. While being processed on the arrest, Waters allegedly provided Deputy Howard Carlson with a false name and false date of birth.

Kyle William Nash, 24, of Main Road, Stafford, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child, unlawful imprisonment, 2nd, and harassment, 2nd. Nash is accused of arguing with another person, pushing that person to the floor and holding that person down for a period of time. The alleged incident occurred within close proximity to a 2-week-old infant.

Two cars as well as a tractor-trailer are involved in an accident at Broadway (Route 20) and Harlow roads. Darien Fire Department and Mercy EMS are responding.

UPDATE 2:47 p.m.: A responder on scene says injuries, if any, are minor. Medics just need to check out those involved. There is a power pole down and National Grid has been notified.

UPDATE 3:42 p.m.: There were five patient sign-offs. The Darien assignment is back in service and so is Mercy EMS. State Police will remain at the scene as long as necessary. National Grid is there fixing the pole.

A truck struck a pole in the area of 11117 Alleghany Road in Darien. There are no injuries, but the pole is down and there is "a quantity" of live wires in the roadway. Darien Fire Department is responding as are Sheriff's deputies. The truck is stopped. One lane of Traffic is blocked. The location is near O'Connor Road.

UPDATE 11:18 a.m.: The road is completely blocked and will be shut down for quite some time until the live wires can be cleared off. "A full crew" from National Grid is required.

UPDATE 11:21 a.m.: A responder says there are two poles down, one on each side of the road.

UPDATE 11:29 p.m.: A commerical tow is called for the truck, which is carrying an oversized load of cargo. The accident site is near the Wyoming County line.

UPDATE 11:38 a.m.: Passenger vehicles will be allowed to travel on O'Connor Road, but commericial traffic will be rerouted. Wyoming County is dispatching personnel to handle it.

UPDATE 12:03 p.m.: National Grid is now on location. The truck has valid New Jersey plates.

UPDATE 12:12 p.m.: Traffic on Alleghany Road is being allowed to pass the truck now.

UPDATE 12:47 p.m.: The road is reopened and Darien is back in service.

Clifford Leo Regimbal, 33, of Oakfield, is charged with criminal possession of marijuana and unlawful growing of marijuana. Regimbal was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped at 6:57 p.m. Monday on Route 77, Basom, and allegedly found in possession of a bag containing more than 25 grams of marijuana and a 2-foot tall marijuana plant. Also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana was Ashley Nicole Janikowski, 28, of Oakfield. The traffic stop was initiated by Depty Patrick Reeves.

Jamie R. Bachorski, 18, of Webber Avenue, Oakfield, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child. Bachorski is accused of smoking marijuana with a child May 29.

Amber Michelle Hufsizer, 21, of Newark, is charged with petit larceny. Hufsizer is accused of stealing merchandise valued at $90.89 at Darien Lake Theme Park.

Brad C. Doward, 22, of 10 Hall St., Batavia, is charged with criminal trespass, 2nd, criminal mischief, 4th, harassment, 2nd, and endangering the welfare of a child. Doward allegedly unlawfully entered the residence of a friend, damaged property, had physical contact with the resident, all while in close proximity to a child. The incident was reported at 4:30 p.m. Sunday, and Doward appeared at police HQ at 12:30 p.m. Monday.

Mark W. Nassivera, 21, of Rochester, is charged with criminal mischief, 3rd. Nassivera was taken into custody by State Police in connection with an incident reported at 10:03 p.m. Sunday in Alabama. Nassivera was jailed on an unspecified amount of bail. No further details available.

David L. O'Neil, 22, of 101 Elmwood Parkway, Tonawanda, is charged with DWI and driving with a BAC of .08 or greater. O'Neil was stopped by State Police at 12:29 a.m. Saturday in the Town of Pembroke.

The lift mechanism for the Skycoaster ride is on fire at Darien Lake Theme Park, but no one is aboard the ride. Darien Fire Department is responding. The park is located at 9993 Alleghany Road in Darien Center.

UPDATE 5:25 p.m.: A responder on scene says there is no fire. Darien is back in service. On the Skycoaster, according to the theme park's Web site "Riders control their own fate by pulling the rip cord and initiating a 180-foot power flight above the park. Experience weightlessness, and speeds of more than 60 mph."

Deputies responded Thursday to a report in Darien of gunshots being fired in a residence and found that a man there had allegedly caused $1,500 in damage to the house.

David William Wiepert, 54, of Darien, is accused of threatening another person and damaging personal property.

He is charged with coercion, 1st, a felony, and a felony count of criminal mischief.

The case was investigated by Deputy Patrick Reeves and Sgt. Greg Walker.

Wiepert was arraigned in Darien Town Court and jailed on $20,000 bail.

Kate Elizabeth Brozic, 29, of Lake Road South, Brockport, is charged with two counts of bail jumping, 3rd.  Brozic allegedly missed two court appearances after being bailed out of jail. She was jailed on $10,000 bail or $20,000 bond.

Amanda Jane Richardson, 27, of Hillside Terrance, Silver Springs, is charged with a violation of probation. Richardson turned herself in on a bench warrant out of Genesee County Court. Richardson was jailed pending arraignment.

Michael James McCarthy, 24, of Angling Road, Pembroke, is charged with criminal contempt, 2nd. McCarthy is accused of violating an order of protection by contacting the protected party.

Gavin David Laben, 18, of Darien, is charged with resisting arrest and obstruction of governmental administration, 2nd. Laben allegedly resisted arrest while an Erie County deputy tried to take him into custody on an accusation of criminal mischief in Erie County.

Jodee Marie Henderson, 27, of no permenant address, is charged with petit larceny and conspiracy, 6th. Henderson, along with two other individuals, is accused of stealing merchandise from Stan's Harley Davidson on West Saile Drive, Batavia. The suspects allegedly stole $214 in merchandise. Henderson was jailed on $500 bail. Also arrested on the same charges and released were Leaha Rae Anne Wimmer, 19, of Darien, and Nicholas Adam Antonucci, 25, of Alexander.

Nicholas Christian Doell, 21, of Darien, is charged with trespass, operating an unregistered ATV and unlawful operating an ATV on a highway. Doell was arrested after allegedly failing to comply with the instructions of a police officer while allegedly operating an ATV on Norfolk Southern Railroad property in Darien.

Seth Ryan Doster, 20, of Darien, is charged with trespass and disorderly conduct. Doster was allegedly involved in a verbal dispute with a neighbor while on private property. Also arrested on the same charges in connection with the same incident was a 17-year-old resident of Darien.

An unknown type fire is reported in the area of the Darien Transfer Station, 2299 Attica Road, Darien.

Darien Fire Department is dispatched.

UPDATE 8:57 p.m.: Darien back in service.

A deputy is in the parking lot of Darien Lake Theme Park investigating a complaint of a dog left in the car.

"It's a very angry cattle dog who isn't going to be taken out of this car without somebody being seriously hurt," the deputy tells dispatch.

He said the windows are tinted and the owner put a blanket in the front windshield to help keep the heat out.

There was a water bowl left in the car, but it's now empty.

Although "angry," the dog is described as in good spirits and not in any distress.

Darien Lake security is going to attempt to locate the owner in the park.

UPDATE 2:52 p.m.: Security is going to keep an eye on the animal and if it shows signs of distress, contact animal control.

A 31-year-old male has reportedly fallen into a campfire at a location on Snipery Road, Corfu.

The victim suffered burns on his arms and legs.

Darien fire and ambulance are responding.

UPDATE 10:46 p.m.: Mercy Flight 7 out of Buffalo being put on in-air standby.

UPDATE 10:56 p.m.: Mercy Flight is cancelled.

UPDATE 11:12 p.m.: Darien is back in service.

National Grid is on scene at Route 77 and Route 20 for a gas leak that apparently happened some time ago, but now Darien Fire Department is requested to the scene.

UPDATE 1:44 p.m.: A chief reports it's a pretty substantial leak. Crews are working to repair it.

Kelly A. Lucas, 41, of 62 Summit St., Le Roy, is charged with DWI. Lucas was reportedly involved in an ATV accident Friday night at a location just off Lake Street. Lucas reportedly lost control of the ATV and rolled it. She was arrested following an investigation by Le Roy PD. (Initial Report)

Joshua Andrew Robert Anstett, 18, of Caledonia, Ontario, Canada, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08 or greater and possession or consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Anstett was charged following an investigation into an accident in the employee parking lot of Darien Lake Theme Park at 9:55 p.m., Saturday. Anstett is accused of driving over nine fence posts, striking three different chainlink fences and a set of wood stairs before he was stopped by Darien Lake security officers.

Christina Catherine Fiscus, 33, of Byron Holley Road, Byron, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08 or greater and speeding. Fiscus was stopped at 2:11 a.m., Sunday, on Route 262, Elba, by Sgt. Brian Frieday.

A car vs. truck accident with injury is reported at Alleghany and Sumner roads. One engine from Darien Fire Department and an ambulance are responding. One person is said to have a head injury. It is blocking traffic.

UPDATE 1:21 p.m.: A person is being transported to Sisters of Charity Hospital in Buffalo.

UPDATE 1:30 p.m.: Turns out there were multiple injuries in this accident. At least three ambulances are transporting patients. Another person is going to Sisters of Charity Hospital and four are inbound for UMMC.

UPDATE 1:35 p.m.: Darien fire went back in service a few minutes ago.

A two-car accident with unknown injuries is reported at Genesee Street and South Lake Road. The eastbound lane is closed. Darien Fire Department and medics are responding.

Injuries are minor. One patient will be taken to UMMC and one will be taken to Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital in Williamsville. Sheriff's deputies are on scene.
