POSTPONED: S. Shade Zajac, conductor for the Genesee Symphony Orchestra and a virtuosic cellist, will perform at a cello recital at 4 p.m. on Sunday, April 19th, in the sanctuary of the First Presbyterian Church, Batavia.
He has been preparing for this recital since this fall and he is very excited about the performance. It will be a free concert with a goodwill offering.
There will be a reception in the church Welcoming Center following the concert.
Any proceeds will be given to the GSO 75th Anniversary Fund, which the GSO Board is establishing now to support its big Diamond Anniversary celebration year, the season of 2021-2022.
The church is located at 300 E. Main St. in the City of Batavia.
