Today's Poll: Should there be a registry of convicted violent felons?

The more important issue that needs to be revised is the unreasonable, unConstitutional punishment for certain felonies. The #1 case-in-point is a person convicted of felony DWI is disqualified from their 2nd Amendment Right to "own and bear arms". Whether for hunting or for personal protection of self, family, and property. This is just one of many of government infringements on Constitutional Liberty that should have never been allowed, and needs to be nullified.
