Today's Poll: Should Feds have easier access to eavesdrop on Internet conversations?

Sadly, this is not simply "an Obama" nor "a GW" issue - both have failed in their protection of the 4th Amendment concerning government interception of internet traffic.

GW kicked it off with his "secret" gathering rooms at AT&T and other companies' facilities, while President Obama's administration has failed to close them down.

When it comes to American Citizens I vote "NO!" However, those who come here on foreign visas and are non citizens I would vote "YES!" Afterall, what loyalties do they have to the US? If, an US citizens is involved in wrong doing then build a case with solid evidence to support their claims not to mention conduct surveillance. Of course if they could actually gather intelligence correctly, they might have been able to stop the Boston Marathon bombing. Of coure Obama's policies hinder that. Still amazed that he certified the Boston bombing as a terrorist attack as fast as he did, knowing his track record in Libya and Fort Hood. I would also agree to a "Yes" for those who are known citizens that, displayed a solid and true hatred of the US.

Tim are you really surprised about Obama not closing those sites down? He is gearing up for Martial Law with 800 FEMA camps sent up nationwide, excutive orders on file to initiate martial law and to collect your food and money. Can you really trust Barrack Hussein Obama, a.k.a "The Destroyer of America!"
