Today's Poll: What would you consider the seven treasures of Genesee County?

By Howard B. Owens
What would you consider the seven treasurers of Genesee County? If you think there is anything that's been left out for consideration and should be included in a future revised poll, leave a comment.

Jim,
That refers to the treatment plant wet lands that have wildlife lovers coming from miles around to view, not the building on Main Street.

You are right Howard. I didn't know what it was. Honest mistake though. C'mon gimme a break. It says Wastewater Plant. In any case, I amused myself :-) Once again I learn something new from the Batavian.

That's one thing I love about the place ... it's this extra park we have in the city, but we call it a wastewater plant. I think more people should avail themselves on the recreational opportunity it presents.

I'd like you to include P.W. Minor. Established in 1867, we are still in the business of making shoes in Batavia. We also have expanded our Outlet Store with longer hours and a more diverse selection of shoes to offer. The shoe factory recently created a working website where shoes can be purchased on our website : www.pwminor.com
