John was a proud United States Navy Veteran. He was a retired farmer who loved to work the land. John was a good man who will be missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his loving wife; Muriel “Rusty” (Gill) Lowery of Stafford; children John Jr., Shannon (Chris), Frank, Guy (Penny) Lowery and Misty Steffan all of Albion, Tammy (Ed) Mairs of Albion, Judy Lowery of Knowlesville; a brother Jim (Juanita) Lowery of Hilton; sisters Lucy (Marv) Gill of Zanesville, OH and Alberta (Richard) Allen of Hamlin along with many grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
There will be no prior calling hours. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. He will be laid to rest in Lakeview Cemetery in Groveland.
