Theresa was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She dedicated her life to helping others in both her professional and personal endeavors. Theresa loved nothing more than spending time with her grandchildren and family.
She is survived her husband Raymond Motyka of Batavia; children Timothy (Amber Scott) Motyka of Batavia; Louise (Charles Daul) Motyka of Rochester; siblings Phil (Rebecca) Fronckowiak of W. Seneca, Frank Fronckowiak of England, Christine (Robert) Delucci of MI; Thomas (Jan) Fronckowiak of Orchard Park; Joseph (Maureen) Fronckowiak of FL; Theodore Fronckowiak of WA; sister-in-law Theresa Fronckowiak of CA; grandchildren Macie (Michael), Jameson, Jonah, Marlowe, Alexa and Alyssa, along with many nieces and nephews.

A 10:00AM Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday October 4, 2016 at Ascension Parish 19 Sumner St. Batavia, NY 14020. She will be laid to rest in Grandview Cemetery in Batavia.
