Miss Bonita L. Hall

Batavia – Miss Bonita L. “Bonnie” Hall, age 60, of Batavia, entered into rest at the Genesee County Nursing Home, where she had been a longtime resident.

Bonnie was born July 30, 1956 in Warsaw, a daughter of the late Charles and Gladys Tillinghast Hall.

She is survived by her siblings, Larry (late Nancy) Hall of Batavia and Betty (Bill) Wilder of Oakfield; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

She is the sister of the late Jane Hall Lennon.

Bonnie loved life and was an inspiration to all those that knew her. Prior to her years of being a resident at the Genesee County Nursing Home where she received excellent care and made several friends, she attended the ARC and BOCES for years; where she loved her job. Bonnie enjoyed dancing, music, doing puzzles, her many stuffed animals and was an avid bowler.  She received numerous trophies for her accomplishments for bowling. She was an active participant in the Special Olympics, where she received several medals. She will be sadly missed and will forever be a bright light in our hearts.

There are no prior visiting hours. Bonnie’s funeral will be held on Saturday at 1 p.m. at the H.E. Turner & Co. Funeral Home, 403 East Main Street, Batavia. She will be laid to rest in Forest Hill Cemetery, Attica.
