Joyce R. Hoeppner, age 93, of Perry passed away on Thursday June 15, 2017 at the Wyoming County Skilled Nursing Home in Warsaw where she had been residing. Joyce was born in Perry, New York on May 8, 1924 a daughter of the late Charles and Edna (Bartlett) Ferris Sr. She is preceded in death by her husband: Max Hoeppner Sr. who passed away in 1998, sisters: Dorothy Driver, Helen Dieter and Thelma Pierce, brothers Charles Ferris Jr. and Donald Ferris.

Joyce worked for the former Perry Knitting Mill and retired from Archway Cookie Co. She enjoyed knitting, doing various crafts and traveling each winter to Florida with her late husband.

She is survived by a son Max (Sarah) Hoeppner of Perry, a granddaughter: Tracy (Douglas) Hoeppner-Russell of Perry, a sister: Shirley Barone of Hume, along with many nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family. She will be laid to rest in Glenwood Cemetery in Perry.
