He was born in Rochester on April 8, 1984, a son of Mary Haitz Konarski of Batavia.
Marc served with the U.S. Army after graduating from Pembroke High School in 2002. He was a “traveling man”, enjoyed living in Argentina and Florida and had a fun filled spirit about him. Marc also had a special bond between him and his twin brother Steven.
He is survived by his parents, Mary Haitz (John) Konarski of Batavia. Beloved twin brother, Steven J. M. Haitz Jr. of Rochester and numerous supportive maternal aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was predeceased by his father Steven.
Family and friends are cordially invited to share thoughts, condolences and fond memories on Tuesday (August 4th) from 3-6pm at the J. LEONARD MCANDREW FUNERAL HOME, LLC, 2 Bogue Ave., Batavia. A funeral service with military honors will commence at the conclusion of visitation at 6pm. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in Perry, NY.
