Donald Kenyon Strang Sr. (Tiny)

Born August 15, 1945 in Batavia, NY, to the late Robert W and Mary Kenyon Strang. Tiny passed away peacefully in hospice care surrounded by family. He was preceded by a son Theodore W. Strang and a Brother Douglas R. Strang Sr.

Don was an active member of many fraternally organizations in the area. Past Master of Attica lodge 462 of free and accepted Masons, a member of the Consistory of the Valley of Buffalo, and was a driver for the Shrine Hospital in Erie. Pa., out of the Ismailia Shrine in Buffalo. And was a past district deputy of the Odd Fellows of Wyoming County.

He could also be seen riding his “trike” motorcycle around the area. He also loved hunting and all things outdoors.

He is survived by: his loving wife Linda M. Strang, of Attica; a son and daughter-in-law Donald K( Samantha) Strang Jr., of Alexander; daughter Judy (Mike Brenon) Friedhaber, of Varysburg; daughter-in-law Christina Tambe, of Oakfield; stepchildren Terry and Jerry Kahl, Bobbie Jo, Carl and Laura Graves; 10 grandchildren Brett ,Tyler, Matthew, Zachary (Friedhaber) Paulina, Donald K. III, James (Strang) Lindsey, Joshua and Hannah (Strang) and several stepgrandchildren; brother Robert W. (Sandy) Strang Jr.; two sisters Susan (George) Anderson, of Tucson, Ariz., and Deborah (Glenn) Russ of Corfu; sister-in-law Judy Strang, of East Pembroke. Several nieces nephews and close friends.

Memorial service is at the convenience of his family, and will be announced at later date. Memorials can be made to St. Lukes Episcopal Church 30 Favor St., Attica NY 14011, or University at Buffalo Department of Pathology & Anatomical Sciences, 206 Farber Hall, 3435 Main St., Buffalo, NY 14214.
