Lorraine Kinney, 85, of Batavia, passed away on Tuesday (August 4, 2015) at the Genesee County Nursing Home in Batavia.
She was born September 23, 1929 in Albion, a daughter of the late Thomas and Jennie (Tuttle) Monagan.
Lorraine enjoyed playing cards.
Survivors include a sister, Patricia Matthews of Albion; two half-sisters, Elizabeth Weese of Medina and Evelyn Weese of Eagle Harbor; a half-brother, Harry Monagan of Waterport and several nieces and nephews.
Lorraine is predeceased by her husband, Louis Kinney and she is a sister of the late Evy Hale, Mary Demmer, Bertha Dibble, Ida Townsend, Thomas Monagan, Henry Monagan, William Monagan and Albert Monagan. She is a half-sister of the late James Monagan.
Calling hours are Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the H.E. Turner & Co. Funeral Home, 403 East Main Street, Batavia. Services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday also at the funeral home. Burial will be in Grandview Cemetery, Batavia.
