Marilyn F. Worthington, 94, of Batavia, passed away on April 19, 2024 at Strong Memorial Hospital.

Marilyn was born November 30, 1929 in Batavia, a daughter of the late Sylvester and Florence (French) Coral.

She was a lifelong member of Northgate Free Methodist Church.  Marilyn had a successful career as a fashion buyer for the C.L. Carr Co. and enjoyed traveling, gardening and painting.

Surviving are her children, Doug Worthington, Marsha (Ronnie) Coy, Deborah Ruhland and Bryan (Bob Matherne) Worthington; grandchildren, Dena (Ronnie) DePiazza, Beth (TJ) Henderson, Amy Worthington, Traci (Jeff) Birg, Kurtis (Amanda) Worthington and Christy (Steve) Deleo; great-grandchildren, Michael (Kate) DePiazza, Angelina DePiazza, Christinana DePiazza, Kylie Birg, Lydia Birg, Audrey Deleo, Roman Deleo, Robby Worthington, Jordan McLaughlin, Kaedence Worthington and Sierra Worthington and nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by her husband, Spencer M. Worthington and siblings, Gladys Johnson, Sylvia Worthington, Glen Coral, Curtis Coral and Regina Coral.

Family and friends are invited to call on Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Northgate Free Methodist Church, 8160 Bank Street Road, Batavia, where services will be held at 4:00 also on Sunday.  She will be laid to rest in Grandview Cemetery in Batavia.
